Job summary

Swiss Cancer Institute in Bern is seeking a Project Manager Registries & Real-World Evidence (80-100%). You will lead registry SOPs, coordinate RWE activities and collaborate with regulatory, data management and sponsors to advance clinical cancer research.

The role requires a MSc/PhD in life sciences or related field, 3–5+ years PM experience in clinical research or health data, and strong English with German; French or Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, public health or epidemiology.
• Experience in clinical research, RWE, registries or health data and SOP implementation.
• Familiarity with Swiss regulatory environment and GCP is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of SOPs, work instructions and templates for Swiss Cancer Institute registries.
• Coordinate ethics submissions (BASEC) and consent processes with Regulatory Affairs.
• Coordinate the RWE Steering Committee: meetings, evaluations and minutes.
• Support budget tools and funding agreements with pharmaceutical companies and partners.
• Collaborate with Data Management on datasets, data dictionary and mapping.
• Organize training of data managers and monitor data quality.
• Serve as central contact for investigators, centers and sponsors on registry matters.
• liaise with national partners and AI-enabled clinical data import initiatives.
