Qualifications

• 7–15 years of experience in corporate development, private equity, growth equity or related roles.
• Strong track record in partnerships, strategic initiatives and value creation.
• Experience overseeing portfolio companies, governance and board processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Portfolio Value Creation & Strategic Partnerships across portfolio companies and geographies.
• Develop and execute commercial partnerships between portfolio firms and Tether business units.
• Drive revenue, customer acquisition, product integrations and ecosystem expansion.
• Represent Tether in governance matters; board material preparation and oversight.
• Oversee portfolio performance, budgets, forecasts and follow-on investment decisions.
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to leadership.
