Job summary

Tether is seeking a VP of Tech Expansion to lead global adoption and commercial expansion of its technology ecosystem. This executive will drive cross‑regional strategies, AI and digital infrastructure initiatives, and partnerships with major enterprises and governments.

Travel internationally will be required. The role reports to the Chief Expansion Officer and requires exceptional communications, strategic vision, and the ability to build and scale a high‑performing global Tech Expansion

Qualifications

12+ years of experience across enterprise technology, AI, fintech and digital assets, including senior leadership.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies, decentralized infrastructure, and digital platforms.
Proven experience originating, structuring, and closing major enterprise or government partnerships.
Ability to engage credibly with C-suite executives, government leaders, and other senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global expansion strategy for Tether’s technology ecosystem.
Identify high-potential markets, industries, partners, and use cases.
Lead senior professionals and international teams across technology verticals.
Negotiate and close major partnerships and deployments with enterprises and governments.
Coordinate with product, engineering, legal, and regulatory teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Develop repeatable playbooks and governance for global expansion.
