Job summary
PROSTAFF Schweiz GmbH seeks a Senior / Principal Agentic AI & CI/CD Software Engineer to advance a strategic Agentic Engineering initiative. The role targets secure, scalable engineering practices for AI agent capabilities, modernising software delivery and boosting productivity through automation.
Phase-driven: Phase 1 in Nov–Dec 2026; Phase 2 Jan–Mar 2027 with ongoing improvements. Strong hands-on CI/CD, GitHub/Bitbucket, and IaC experience required, plus English proficiency and remote-ready
Qualifications
- Several years of professional software engineering/DevOps experience.
- Hands-on in secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub/Bitbucket ecosystems.
- Experience with reusable workflows, runners, containers and IaC.
- Solid DevSecOps and software supply chain security expertise.
- Ability to extract and analyse SDLC/DORA metrics.
- Excellent technical documentation skills.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Available during Swiss business hours.
Responsibilities
- Establish secure, repeatable agentic AI skills lifecycle.
- Design and optimise secure CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
- Work with GitHub/Bitbucket and repository APIs.
- Integrate engineering scaffolds and tooling in current ecosystem.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer and handover.
- Collaborate with enterprise engineering teams to ensure alignment.
