Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support Revenue Systems for a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue platforms. This remote contractor role requires hands-on CRM expertise to refine data, automate processes, and ensure governance across SaaS tools.

You will audit systems, resolve data inconsistencies, review policies, and document recommended changes.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365 or similar.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, or ticketing.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience in SaaS environments and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Audit CRM and revenue systems for inconsistencies, outdated policies, duplicates and automation issues.
• Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
• Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
• Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
• Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
• Assess impact of CRM changes on billing, CPQ, ticketing and other integrated tools.
• Provide insights on CRM optimization, system design, and sustainable governance.
