Payward Services, working through Jobgether, seeks a Sales Operations Analyst to streamline RFP and due diligence processes, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, and Engineering, and ensure CRM data integrity. This role supports onboarding and revenue operations in a fully remote, international setting.

The position emphasizes strong writing, stakeholder management, and the ability to transform operational data into actionable business insights for sales leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related commercial operations role.
• Experience with RFPs, DDQs, or complex proposals.
• CRM experience across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong writing, editing, and formatting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFP and DDQ processes from intake to submission.
• Coordinate responses with Legal, Compliance, Security, Product, Engineering and Solutions teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and build pipeline reports/dashboards.
• Qualify leads and route opportunities to sales or onboarding channels.
• Support onboarding and transition from contracts to Solutions and Finance teams.
