About The Job

Erie Home is seeking a driven, resourceful, and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our high-performance, high-volume recruiting team—100% remotely. We are looking for professionals based in the Pacific Time Zone to help support hiring needs across the West, Mountain, and Central regions.

In this fast-paced role, you will play a key part in helping us meet aggressive hiring goals by sourcing passive candidates, managing large candidate pipelines, and providing an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in fast-paced environments such as call centers, customer service, or high-output sourcing roles.

Recruiting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of candidate outreach and screening calls using guided scripts and structured workflows
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and creative search methods
• Coordinate and schedule interviews in alignment with business needs
• Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates throughout the process
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to reach candidates effectively
• Track progress and maintain accurate records in our ATS and reporting tools
• Collaborate closely with the Recruiting Manager to meet weekly and monthly hiring goals
  
  

Requirements

• High-volume recruiting experience is required
• Demonstrated strength in cold sourcing and passive candidate engagement
• Comfortable working 100% remotely and located in the Pacific Time Zone
• Proven ability to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends
• Experience in HR, recruiting, sales, customer service, or marketing preferred
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like Paylocity, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting dashboards to track recruitment data
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Base salary of $45,000 with monthly bonuses — first-year average compensation exceeding $85,000
