Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Project-Based Graphic Designer based in Switzerland to support branding, marketing, and campaigns using Canva. The role is remote and contract-based, starting with 10 hours per week and potential for more projects and quarterly engagements.

You will refresh logos and assets, create social media materials, templates, banners, and lead magnets while complying with established brand guidelines and delivering high-quality visuals on a flexible schedule aligned with PST.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Canva, including creation and editing of professional graphic assets and reusable templates.
• Experience in graphic design, branding, and social media marketing materials.
• Excellent visual design skills, particularly in layout, typography, color selection, and brand consistency.
• Ability to refresh existing designs while preserving and strengthening an established brand identity.
• Familiarity with design specifications and formats for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Experience organizing, managing, and sharing digital design files and creative assets.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage project deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• Flexibility and responsiveness when receiving feedback and handling design revisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Good command of English, with a near-native level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create promotional materials for retreats, including social media banners, flyers, posters, and event graphics.
• Refresh website visuals, images, and VIP page assets to achieve a polished, professional, and premium appearance.
• Design and update banners for YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook while maintaining consistent branding.
• Refresh existing logos and branding materials using Canva.
• Improve Instagram and Facebook graphic templates for ongoing social media use.
• Redesign existing lead magnets, including covers, layouts, and other visual elements.
• Review and improve an existing collection of approximately 20 Canva templates, with potential to expand to ~30 assets.
• Ensure all creative materials follow established brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and reuse.
• Collaborate with the client and virtual assistant to meet marketing requirements.
• Incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and deliver materials within deadlines.
