Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in creative strategy or paid social
• Analytical & creative mindset
• Proficiency with AI creative tools
• Strong writing & communication skills
• Self-starter who handles both glam and unglamorous tasks
• Curiosity about why assets work

Aufgaben

• Developing creative concepts, angles, and hooks for Meta and TikTok campaigns
• Writing sharp, detailed briefs for AI image and video generation, and directing output through to finished assets
• Data analysis to uncover valuable insights
• Tracking how your creative performs, forming hypotheses, and iterating with the data
• Producing hands‑on work daily, hooks, copy variants, edit briefs, asset QC
• Feeding the team's testing pipeline and shared learnings
