Artificialy, a Swiss AI company with offices in Lugano and Zurich, seeks a Marketing Specialist to own day-to-day marketing operations, content creation, and channel execution to drive strategic growth.

You will work with the Head of Marketing to shape the market presence, manage content across channels, optimize SEO, and collaborate with leadership on tactical decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in B2B marketing, preferably tech or AI.
• Strong content creation background.
• Hands-on CMS experience.
• CRM and marketing automation familiarity.
• SEO knowledge: on-page, keywords, meta tags.
• Social media management with audience growth.
• Ability to track performance and report results.
• Design basics (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
• Fluency in English (C1).

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will join us as a key operational partner to help bring Artificialy to the next level.

This role offers the chance to take ownership of day-to-day marketing operations, content creation, and channel execution, while directly contributing to the strategic growth and market positioning of the company.

About the Role

Together with the Head of Marketing, you will help shape how Artificialy shows up in the market: from content and brand visibility to operational excellence across all marketing channels.

Join an established and growing AI company with proven market presence, working directly with leadership on both strategic and operational decisions.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks

• Content Creation: Write and publish target-group oriented content (e.g. LinkedIn posts, blog articles, case studies, and more)
• Website Management: Maintain and update the website (CMS), implement SEO and GEO best practices, and ensure content quality
• Social Media & Brand Communication: Maintain a strong social media presence that drives engagement and amplifies the company's voice across channels, in line with our communication strategy
• Event Support: Support in organising our presence at conferences, trade fairs, and internal events (webinars, hosted or co-hosted)
• Marketing Operations: Support in maintaining CRM and marketing automation tools
• Coordination: Liaise with external PR agencies, align internally with sales, manage external partners and agencies
• Performance Tracking: Monitor activity performance, report on what works, and iterate to improve results

Qualifications and Skills

• 3-6years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech or AI
• Strong content creation background
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (please describe what you have used)
• Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools
• SEO knowledge (on-page, keywords, meta tags)
• Social media management experience: Strong understanding of social media as a communication channel -you know how to build engagement and grow audiences
• Ability to track performance and report on marketing results - you know how to measure what matters and act on insights
• Design basics (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
• Fluency in English (min. C1)

Nice to have

• Experience with digital products, AI, or technology-driven companies
• Fluency in German
• Understanding of B2B tech / AI context
• Knowledge about Swiss markets
