Zusammenfassung

Lever, Inc. is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to build production-grade ML governance infrastructure for AI agents and PostgreSQL integrations.

This is a fully remote role spanning the EMEA region, with emphasis on reliability, security, and auditability. You will own model serving, evaluation, drift monitoring, and continuous improvement of governance models in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years of professional ML software engineering experience with hands-on ML systems.
• Experience with ML model serving, low-latency inference, quantization, and distillation.
• Proven track record building evaluation pipelines and model registries.
• Experience with red-team / adversarial testing, CI-gated workflows.
• Practical drift monitoring and shadow deployment experience.
• Strong SQL skills and PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Security-focused in audited or compliance-sensitive environments.
• Ability to take ML systems from experimentation to production, with scalable infra.

Aufgaben

• Own ML infrastructure for governance models: serving, evaluation, monitoring, and improvement.
• Build low-latency model-serving systems and production evaluation pipelines.
• Develop and manage model registries and lifecycle tooling.
• Translate research into production with optimization for low latency.
• Create drift-monitoring and shadow deployment capabilities.
• Develop telemetry-to-training pipelines from production signals and audit data.
• Design red-team testing infra, scorecards, regression suites, and CI gates.
• Establish self-improvement workflows for dataset curation and retraining.
• Implement safeguards for secure and auditable ML operations.
• Collaborate across teams on AI agents, governance, trust, and retrieval.
• Contribute to engineering culture with docs, tests, and monitoring.
