Qualifikationen

• Strong Python engineering with PyTorch and Transformers.
• Experience with ML evaluation, baselines, metrics, calibration.
• Ability to read ML research papers and implement from first principles.
• Professional software engineering beyond notebooks, including APIs, jobs, databases, logging, testing, deployment.
• Familiarity with open-weight models and LLM inference systems.

Aufgaben

• Reproduce and evaluate machine learning research methods using open-weight models.
• Design evaluation datasets, probes, scoring, baselines, and calibration tests.
• Work with model weights, logits, hidden states, and inference infrastructure.
• Build and extend evaluation infrastructure for experiment runners and reports.
• Turn research workflows into product experiences and reviews.
• Develop production-quality systems with APIs, databases, and documentation.
• Contribute across research, experimentation, engineering, and product.
• Document model provenance and verification methods with capabilities and limitations.
