Job summary

WRS Health is seeking a Human-Centered Design Manager to bridge user needs and technical execution in a remote setting. You will lead qualitative research, map journeys, and build prototypes to ensure intuitive, accessible EHR and practice management solutions for physicians, staff, and patients.

You will run usability tests, defend design decisions with data, and coach a growing design team while collaborating with product and engineering in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading qualitative research with clinicians.
• Translate research into personas, journeys and workflows.
• Prototype and test designs in established tools.
• Advocate accessibility and HIPAA-safe practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contextual inquiries, interviews, field observations, and surveys with clinicians and patients.
• Synthesize insights into personas, journey maps, and service blueprints.
• Lead cross-functional design workshops and prototype in Figma/Sketch/XD.
