Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead / Solution Architect for a remote Switzerland-based role. You will own solution architecture for a telecom-focused portal and an integration platform, balance hands-on coding with architectural leadership, and mentor a small full-stack team.

The role spans Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud-native tech, with international stakeholder collaboration. You will drive security, API design, and enterprise integration patterns, shape frontend

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial Java development experience.
• 2+ years in Tech Lead / Solution Architect or similar leadership role.
• Telecommunications sector experience preferred (BSS/OSS, ISPs).
• Frontend guidance with React/TypeScript and ability to review code.
• Experience designing microservices, API contracts, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the technical architecture for the portal and integration platform.
• Lead technical discovery and MVP implementation strategy.
• Develop Java/Spring Boot services and critical integrations.
• Guide React/TypeScript frontend architecture and UI standards.
• Mentor a small team of full-stack developers (3).
• Promote secure, scalable software development practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps on AWS, CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
• Document architectural decisions (ADRs) and diagrams.
• Incorporate AI-assisted development tools where relevant.
