Lever, Inc. is seeking an Investment Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer based in Switzerland. This 100% remote role focuses on training AI models using advanced financial scenarios, covering equities, fixed income, derivatives, and macroeconomics.

You will design tests, capture model reasoning, and provide transparent feedback to enhance AI performance for investment decision-making. You will work with an international team at the intersection of finance and machine learning, contributing to

Qualifications

Foundational to advanced knowledge of investment topics (e.g., modeling, asset allocation, risk, macro dynamics).
Strong ability to articulate complex reasoning step-by-step and clearly.
Experience in asset management, equity/fixed income research, or financial analysis is valued.

Responsibilities

Formulate, execute, and document investment scenarios and financial prompts to test LLMs.
Evaluate factual accuracy and financial logic across asset classes.
Identify error traces and oversimplifications to improve analytical depth.
Provide structured feedback to refine prompts, guidelines, and datasets.
Collaborate on model performance related to portfolio management and risk assessment.
