Aldrich Wealth is seeking a Financial Planner to join a collaborative team committed to holistic wealth management. You will analyze complex finances, craft detailed plans, and present them to clients, building lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate retirement plans.

The role offers a full-time remote position with standard hours and potential hybrid or office-based work in Western states, plus opportunities for growth in a high-performing firm.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with a financial planning software.
• CFP or PFS designation or in the process of obtaining.
• Strong understanding of cash flow scenarios, education funding strategies, ISOs, NQSOs, RSUs, and investment portfolios.
• Knowledge of life, disability, long-term care insurance, taxes and estate planning including trusts.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Develop customized, comprehensive financial plans for clients.
• Work directly with clients to gather information and present plans.
• Build rapport with clients and prospects to foster long-term relationships.
