Aldrich CPAs and Advisors is seeking a Tax Manager to collaborate with clients across industries, delivering strategic tax guidance with partner oversight. This is a full-time, hybrid role that can be based in one of our local offices or work remotely in approved states.

You will lead client service, relationship management, and tax planning initiatives. The ideal candidate has CPA/EA/JD credentials, 6+ years public accounting tax experience, and strong communication skills to build trusted

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of public accounting experience focusing on tax.
• Ability to supervise others and manage client relationships.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Licensed CPA, EA, or JD with CPA exam completed.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and plan service delivery to clients, including review meetings.
• Develop processes and infrastructure to service clients.
• Analyze client financial information and determine advanced tax strategies.
• Manage all aspects of the client relationship.
• Lead new client prospecting and closing meetings.
• Mentor staff through training and feedback.
• Manage risk and budgets for engagements including billings and collections.
