Pos Service Holland is seeking a Product Data Coordinator to support the setup, maintenance, and accuracy of item data in Infor LN ERP. You will collaborate with Product Management and Sourcing to process changes, maintain BOMs, and ensure data consistency across product lines, regions, and sites.

This contract, remote-first role requires strong data discipline, ERP/PIM experience, and the ability to work in a fast-moving, matrix environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in item data management.
• Experience with item data in the automotive aftermarket is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP and PIM platforms.

Aufgaben

• Manage standardized item data, including item setup and maintenance in Infor LN.
• Support Product Management and Sourcing with product change requests.
• Maintain and audit product data and related information.
• Participate in cross-functional alignment to develop common data structures.
• Set up and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system.
• Handle workflows for item and part-number changes (new product setup, lifecycle changes, supersession).
• Support supplier changes and other item data changes.
