BLP Digital is seeking a versatile Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP automation projects. You will drive client engagements from discovery through delivery, ensuring successful integration and high satisfaction across global customers.

You will design scalable solutions, collaborate with engineering, and translate business needs into actionable technical steps while promoting product adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

Aufgaben

• Own the implementation journey end-to-end — from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complexity into clarity — design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• Be the client’s trusted partner — anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp’s automation.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
• Feed the product loop — translate feedback into long-term improvements to continuously evolve our platform.
