Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a remote freelance EAM Business Analyst / Tester in Switzerland to bridge business requirements and technical delivery for an Enterprise Asset Management program within a pharmaceutical context.

You will analyze maintenance processes, translate needs into clear requirements, and perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure reliable operations, collaborating with business users and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, BA/Tester, or similar role combining requirements analysis and software testing.
• Solid understanding of MRO processes in manufacturing, pharmaceutics, or another regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or CMMS platforms.
• Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements clearly.
• Experience designing, writing, and executing test cases from requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for work order management, inventory, purchasing, and asset lifecycle.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for the EAM platform and integrations.
• Develop structured test cases and scenarios based on approved requirements and processes.
• Execute functional, integration, and UAT testing to verify system behavior.
• Collaborate with Test Lead to report defects, prioritize issues, and validate fixes.
