Job summary

Beazley Security is seeking a Cyber Services Manager to deliver client outcomes across incident management, client engagements, and commercial engagement. You will own the delivery plans, coordinate across policyholders, brokers, claims, counsel and service providers throughout the incident lifecycle.

Your success will be defined by client impact, consistency of delivery, and adherence to standards, while contributing to team revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Degree from any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in client-facing cyber risk or insurance, incident response coordination, or consulting roles.
• Ability to own and manage multiple client engagements and priorities.
• Experience facilitating workshops, tabletop exercises, or other interactive client engagements.
• Commercial awareness or exposure to client management / account growth / sales initiatives.
• Certifications beneficial but not required.
• Autonomous and self-sufficient as key player in a highly virtualized, global team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end cyber incident management for insured clients, as central orchestrator across policyholders, brokers, claims, legal counsel, and providers.
• Lead scoping, incident status, and client coordination calls; own key actions and follow-up items.
• Ensure all incident activities are documented, timely, and compliant with SLAs and policy obligations.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure for clients.
• Deliver client-specific engagements including onboarding meetings and tabletop exercises.
• Use incident and risk data to create simulated cyber scenarios to test decision making and coordination.
• Deliver structured client deliverables: reports, executive summaries, findings and improvement plans.
• Support clients in strengthening incident readiness and resilience.
• Partner with underwriting, alliances, sales and internal stakeholders to align on client needs and growth targets.
