Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Contracts Manager for a fully remote opportunity based in Switzerland. You will review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements while advising internal stakeholders on templates, policies, and risk tolerance.

You will work with Sales, Product, Data Operations, and suppliers to improve contracting processes, governance, and risk profiles across a global organization.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of contract review experience, preferably in-house.
• Strong drafting, document prep, version control, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English and at least one European language.
• Independent, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Review, draft, and negotiate customer and supplier contracts.
• Guide internal stakeholders on contracting processes and templates.
• Identify and escalate contractual risks to legal counsel.
• Coordinate approvals for non-standard terms.
• Draft amendments to templates and review third-party docs.
• Support governance and process improvements across contracting.
• Provide advisory support to business stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation for new business and renewals is organized.
• Assist in renewal planning by assessing risks.
• Promote use of Salesforce, DocuSign, and approved templates.
• Build relationships with Account Managers and Sales Directors.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Operations on data contracts.
• Review data processing or sharing agreements with the DPO.
