Zusammenfassung

Scintilla AG is seeking a Method & Process Engineer to drive the CAD Excellence Program and standardize our CAD landscape globally. You will push automation, AI integration, and process improvements across engineering teams in product and packaging development.

You will design training programs on CAD, simulations, and AI, promote knowledge transfer, and participate in high-level CAD groups to shape new standards and procedures. English is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor/ Master's level technical background in engineering or related field.
Strong CAD/PLM tool experience and willingness to drive digital transformation.
Experience with AI integration in engineering workflows and process automation.

Aufgaben

Lead the global CAD Excellence Program and define enterprise CAD usage across product and packaging development.
Automate CAD processes and advance development through AI integration and standardized procedures.
Design, organize and deliver CAD, simulation, and AI trainings for engineers; promote knowledge sharing.
Represent the unit in CAD and simulation WG, develop new standards and procedures.
