Scintilla AG in Switzerland seeks a Method & Process Engineer - CAD and Digital Engineering to drive the global CAD landscape, standardize processes, and push automation through AI.

You will lead the CAD Excellence Program, coordinate across product and packaging development, and train engineers in CAD, simulation, and AI to raise overall engineering maturity.

The role requires a strong technical background, English business fluency, and a passion for digital transformation in engineering.

Qualifikationen

• Technical background in mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline.
• Communicative and team-oriented, with a coaching mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of PTC CREO Suite (incl. Windchill, CodeBeamer) and ARTIOS CAD is preferred.
• Passion for digital transformation and AI in engineering environments.
• Business-fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead and shape the global CAD Excellence Program and standardize CAD usage across product and packaging development.
• Automate CAD processes and drive continuous improvement by integrating AI and modern procedures.
• Design, organize, and run regular training on CAD, simulation, and AI for engineers in the department.
• Promote knowledge transfer by sharing important information within the organization and with partners.
• Represent the business unit in higher-level CAD and simulation groups and help create new standards.
