Scintilla AG is seeking a Method & Process Engineer - CAD and Digital Engineering to drive the global CAD landscape and automation initiatives. You will lead the CAD Excellence Program and advance the use of AI across development teams in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Technical background in mechanical engineering or a comparable discipline.
• Experience with CAD systems and AI integration in engineering processes.
• Proven ability to lead global CAD programs and drive standardization.

Aufgaben

• Lead and shape the global CAD Excellence Program and corporate-wide CAD usage in product and packaging development.
• Automate and optimize CAD processes and integrate AI applications and standardized procedures.
• Coach and organize training programs on CAD, simulation and AI for engineers.
• Promote knowledge transfer within teams by sharing important information.
• Represent the business unit in higher-level CAD and simulation groups and contribute to new standards.
