Zusammenfassung

Scintilla AG is seeking a Method & Process Engineer to shape the CAD landscape and drive digital engineering across the organization. You will lead global initiatives to standardize CAD systems, pushing automation and AI-enabled improvements in development workflows.

The role emphasizes training engineers, promoting knowledge transfer, and representing the unit in CAD and simulation groups. Fluency in English is required; German is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Technical background in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Creo Suite; Windchill and CodeBeamer experience preferred.
• English business fluent; German knowledge is a plus.
• Strong ability to drive CAD modernization and AI integration.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global CAD Excellence Program and standardize CAD use across product and packaging development.
• Automate and optimize CAD processes; integrate AI and modern methods.
• Design, organize, and deliver training on CAD, simulation, and AI for engineers.
• Share knowledge across teams and with external partners.
• Represent the business unit in CAD and simulation groups and aid in creating new standards.
