Job summary

MSD is seeking a scientific liaison professional to collaborate with the commercial team, identify revenue opportunities, and present MSD capabilities to field personnel. The role requires deep biomarker knowledge and the ability to translate scientific insights into strategic business value.

The candidate will foster external collaborations with KOLs, academia, and biotech partnerships, travel as needed, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of biomarker assays and drug discovery trends.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in biological sciences (PhD, MD, MD/PhD, PharmD).
• Minimum 10 years’ pharma/biotech experience leading drug development projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with commercial team to identify revenue opportunities.
• Engage with thought leaders and decision makers to identify unmet needs.
• Present MSD capabilities to field, and prepare content for seminars and webinars.
• Build external collaborations with key opinion leaders and corporate partners.
