International Air Transport Association (IATA) is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing to drive coordinated marketing activities across key products and segments within the Products & Services division.

Reporting to a Marketing Manager, you will translate product value propositions into clear messaging, develop assets, and ensure campaigns are integrated across emails, web content, social channels, and CRM journeys.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in marketing coordination or campaign support in B2B.
• Experience across multiple products, audiences and channels.
• Experience with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience with marketing calendars and campaigns assets.

Aufgaben

• Support execution of marketing activities for key products and segments.
• Develop and coordinate marketing assets including messaging, emails, landing pages, web content, social media, videos, presentations.
• Translate product value propositions into clear messaging for different audiences.
• Coordinate newsletters, promotions, webinars, user forums, workshops, renewal campaigns.
• Work with Marketing Managers to develop content plans aligned with priorities.
• Ensure assets are reusable across products, channels, segments and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and CRM teams to integrate assets into journeys.
• Use insights to improve messaging and engagement.
• Maintain campaign calendars and reporting inputs.
• Contribute to AI tools for content development and personalization.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations.
