Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Asset Designer: Platform Games in Switzerland to adapt and produce platform-ready visual assets for web and streaming environments. You will transform artwork into polished packages for key art, icons, banners, and UI elements, ensuring compliance with technical specs and brand guidelines.

You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams, optimizing assets for MSN, Reddit, YouTube Playables, and Netflix Games.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in 2D or 3D game asset design.
• Portfolio showing key art, store capsule design, and optimized assets.
• Experience delivering platform games for web/HTML5 and streaming environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Blender 3D modeling for web-based assets.
• Knowledge of HTML5, WebGL, Unity pipelines.
• Understanding of platform asset specs, safe zones, UI/UX requirements.
• Strong foundations in composition, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to follow corporate visual identity standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce platform‑compliant asset packages (art, icons, banners, social graphics).
• Adapt key art for MSN, Reddit, YouTube Playables, Netflix Games.
• Prepare production‑ready layered files with clean alpha channels.
• Create 2D/3D assets and UI elements for WebGL/HTML5.
• Design and refine in‑game UI components and HUD elements.
• Organize source files and version control for pipelines.
• Review assets against platform specs and brand guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback from licensors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to meet milestones.
