Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a UI/UX Designer based in Switzerland to join a remote-first mobile gaming team. You will craft intuitive interfaces across game screens, HUDs, and stores, shaping player journeys and monetization experiences.

Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to establish design systems, UI kits, and reusable components while ensuring high-quality implementation in Unity for mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven UI/UX design experience for mobile games.
• Strong UX principles and user journey mapping.
• Proficient in Figma or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge of visual composition, typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Understanding of mobile platform requirements and responsive design.
• Experience creating design systems, UI kits and reusable components.
• Familiarity with analytics, A/B testing and user testing to validate design decisions.
• Portfolio showing mobile game UI/UX work.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user flows and interfaces for mobile games.
• Create wireframes, UI concepts, prototypes and production-ready designs.
• Develop in-game screens, HUDs, menus, stores and live events.
• Build and maintain UI kits, design systems and component libraries.
• Prepare visual assets for game engines and Unity integration.
• Collaborate with designers, artists and developers throughout production.
• Refine flows based on feedback, player behavior, and priorities.
• Apply UX and visual design best practices to improve usability and engagement.
• Support continuous improvement of game systems and player experiences.
