As a System Analyst/Technical Product Specialist, you will translate business needs into system specifications for AI-agent services, design end-to-end logic, define API contracts, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, data and operations.

Qualifikationen

• Strong system analysis and requirements definition skills.
• Experience specifying integrations with APIs and internal services.
• Ability to document complex business logic for engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools and agent frameworks, or ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of vector databases and SQL basics.
• Comfort with project/program management and coordinating multiple streams.
• Interest in AI tools and organizational transformation through AI.
• Excellent cross-team coordination abilities.

Aufgaben

• Translate business and product needs into system specifications for AI-agent services and internal tooling.
• Design end-to-end logic for AI-agent services, including integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.
• Define API interactions, data structures, and integration requirements for AI-agent and automation services.
• Document workflows and data flows using structured methodologies and diagrams.
• Support engineering teams, clarify requirements, and validate delivery against intent.
• Analyze existing processes and propose AI/automation improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Plan, track delivery of AI initiatives, manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, product, data, and operations to roll out AI tools.
• Decompose high-level needs into artifacts: specifications, process flows, API contracts.
• Monitor execution, identify bottlenecks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans.
