Zusammenfassung

LGT Capital Partners AG in Zürich is seeking an AI & Data Solutions Analyst to join the central AI team. You will bridge business and AI solution delivery for the Enterprise Data & Solutions platform, designing data-driven and AI-powered solutions and driving adoption across the organization.

You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with ED&S stakeholders and engineers, translate requirements into technical specs, and help manage the product backlog and projects.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in a business/tech-related field and 2–3 years in AI/data projects.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including generative AI and large language models.
• Experience turning business needs into data-driven AI solutions and translating requirements into specs.

Aufgaben

• Redesign processes end-to-end using AI/ML and data to enable business transformation.
• Design solution concepts and document current vs target state with user stories.
• Lead ideation, scoping, and prioritization of AI/data use cases for the platform.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML solutions.
• Own product backlog as AI/data solutions product owner and manage end-to-end delivery.
