This is a fully remote role with a clear progression to senior coach. Ideal candidates have an Advanced NLP certification and a proven coaching track record with health/wellness professionals, plus a genuine passion for helping practitioners build

Qualifikationen

• Advanced NLP Practitioner certification or equivalent
• 3–5 years minimum coaching experience with measurable client success
• Experience coaching service-based businesses or health professionals
• Genuine passion for helping practitioners build sustainable businesses
• Willingness to learn the nutrition/functional medicine industry

Aufgaben

• Coach practitioners on attracting ideal clients and authentic relationships
• Guide them in defining purpose, target market, and unique value
• Help practitioners with pricing, marketing, and client retention
• Support creation of compelling service packages and scaling
• Facilitate breakthroughs around barriers holding practices back
