Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to join our Customer Operations & International Support team in Lisbon, Portugal. You will handle inquiries in French via email, chat, and phone, manage tickets, and maintain CRM records to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

The role includes training on our system onboarding and product management, with a 40-hour work week, 22 vacation days per year, and health insurance from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support.
• Fluent in French; good English is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls.
• Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services.
• Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication.
• Perform back-office tasks that may involve outbound calls.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools.
• Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines.
• Provide operational feedback and lift cases when needed.
