DES Capital is seeking senior relationship managers to cover Brazil for UHNW and HNW clients in Zurich or Geneva. You will manage Brazilian families, business owners and family offices, focusing on cross-border wealth structuring and trust-based advisory.

You bring an established Brazilian client base and a track record of attracting new assets, with fluent Portuguese and English. The firm offers direct access to decision-makers and a fixed compensation range with upside share.

Our clients are independent wealth managers in Zurich and Geneva, managing between CHF 5 and 25 billion, several of them growing. They are looking for senior relationship managers who cover Brazil.

You look after UHNW and HNW Brazilian families, business owners and family offices. You know this business runs on trust built over years, on discretion, and on structuring wealth across borders. Your clients stay with you because of you.
