Michael Page International is recruiting for a Senior Relationship Manager / Private Banker in Geneva. You will develop and manage a portfolio of private clients, originate relationships, drive net new money in a Swiss wealth management context, and work in an open-architecture environment.

The role offers autonomy, direct access to senior management, and a path to grow a wealth management franchise across entrepreneurs and family offices.

Qualifikationen

• Senior Relationship Manager / Private Banker with a strong track record in Swiss private banking, wealth management or independent asset management.
• Established network of HNW/UHNW clients and ability to originate and develop client relationships.
• Existing client portfolio / network representing a minimum potential of CHF 50 million in assets.
• Hunter mentality with ability to generate net new money and build a client franchise.
• Excellent understanding of investment products and portfolio construction.

Job Description

• Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW private clients.
• Originate new client relationships through an established personal and professional network.
• Drive net new money and contribute directly to the continued expansion of the Wealth Management business.
• Advise clients on portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment solutions according to their objectives and risk profile.
• Deliver tailored discretionary and advisory wealth management solutions within an open-architecture environment.
• Leverage the firm's broader investment capabilities to provide differentiated solutions to sophisticated private clients.
• Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, families, family offices and other private wealth clients.
• Work closely with Investment Management, Product, Compliance and senior management to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Contribute actively to the development of new markets and the strategic growth of the Wealth Management franchise.

The Successful Applicant

• Senior Relationship Manager / Private Banker with a strong track record in Swiss private banking, wealth management or an independent asset management environment.
• Established network of HNW/UHNW clients and demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships.
• Existing client portfolio / network representing a minimum potential of approximately CHF 50 million in assets.
• Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to generate net new money and build a client franchise.
• Excellent understanding of investment products, portfolio construction and the expectations of sophisticated private clients.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, credibility and the ability to develop trusted long-term relationships with private clients.
• International mindset and established exposure to one or several relevant client markets.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Based in, or willing to operate from, Geneva.
