Zusammenfassung

A leading financial services firm is seeking a seasoned business development professional to manage and grow client relationships within the Swiss institutional investor market. With at least 7 years of experience in asset management, the ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented yet entrepreneurial environment, utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for making client outreach and developing bespoke investment solutions, acting as a crucial ambassador for the firm's brand.

Qualifikationen

  • At least 7 years of experience in client coverage at Asset Management or Consultant firms.
  • Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry and investment products.
  • Languages: Swiss German (fluent), English (fluent), French and/or Italian (a plus).

Jobbeschreibung

  • Identify, cultivate prospects and current client relationships, managing a sales pipeline from opportunity through to completion.
  • Make outbound business development calls, organize and hold successful client meetings to generate new business and strategic relationships with investors.
  • Build on Neuberger Berman's brand presence in the region, act as an ambassador to the market, and elevate awareness for linked funds and customized mandates.
  • Work closely with Neuberger Berman's Institutional & Insurance Solutions, Public & Private Markets Product Specialists, Marketing, RFP, and Client Service teams, diligently responding to client needs and requests.
  • Use our internal CRM system effectively to track progress and identify opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry, client, and regulatory trends to craft and offer suitable investment solutions.

Key Requirements / Qualifications :

  • At least 7 years of experience in client coverage at Asset Management or Consultant firms, dealing with Swiss institutional investors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solution-minded, flexible, and with a commercial attitude.
  • Advanced knowledge of the financial services industry and investment products.
  • A team player but also a self-starter and entrepreneurial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Languages: Swiss German (fluent), English (fluent), French and/or Italian (a plus).
  • University degree or equivalent qualification.
  • CFA or equivalent designation is a plus.
