You bring a higher education degree and relevant insurance or reinsurance experience, excellent English, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Higher education background with relevant experience in insurance or reinsurance.
• Strong commitment, curiosity and willingness to learn with excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and well-structured working style.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Resilience and focus during busy renewal periods.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German or additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of varied administrative tasks relating to business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data.
• Support underwriters in nurturing partnerships and developing new business relationships.
• Prepare insightful figures and analyses that contribute to well-founded decisions on reinsurance contracts.
• Create and maintain meaningful reports supporting portfolio management and control.
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders as well as external clients and brokers.
• Collaborate across underwriting, actuarial and accounting teams within reinsurance.
