Zusammenfassung

Helvetia Schweiz is looking for an organized professional to support our reinsurance operations. You will manage administrative tasks for business partners, contracts, and renewal data, while helping underwriters strengthen partnerships and grow our portfolio.

You will prepare analyses and reports to inform decisions on reinsurance contracts, collaborate with underwriting, actuarial and accounting teams, and communicate professionally with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Qualifikationen

• A higher education background combined with relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German and any additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, independent and well-structured working style.
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Commitment, curiosity and willingness to learn with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of administrative tasks relating to business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data.
• Support our underwriters in nurturing existing partnerships and helping develop new business relationships.
• Prepare insightful figures and analyses that contribute to well-founded decisions on reinsurance contracts.
• Create and maintain meaningful reports that support portfolio management and effective control.
• Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders as well as external clients and brokers.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across underwriting, actuarial and accounting teams within reinsurance.
