Job summary

Synpulse Holding AG is seeking a Business Product Owner for our Reinsurance practice to shape and deliver underwriting technology solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into practical digital solutions and drive the implementation of the Reinsurance Workbench.

You will collaborate with clients, product teams and technology specialists to ensure measurable business value and support digital transformation in reinsurance.

Qualifications

Reinsurance knowledge and underwriting process experience.
Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead business and functional delivery of Reinsurance Workbench implementations from requirements to go-live.
Translate underwriting needs into functional requirements and processes.
Act as interface between client stakeholders, underwriting experts, and technology teams.
Own and prioritise product and project backlogs.
Drive functional design and align with standard product capabilities.
