Job summary

Synpulse Group in Switzerland is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Insurance Advisory to support leading primary insurers (P&C, Life, Health) through transformation initiatives. You will analyze challenges, develop pragmatic solutions, and drive implementation from strategy to execution.

You will collaborate with client teams, contribute to workshops and deliverables, and mentor junior colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• First class Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering or natural sciences from a prestigious university or university of applied sciences.
• Strong affinity for technology at the intersection of business and IT, with a solid understanding of digital solutions and insurance‑related IT landscapes.
• Hands‑on, implementation‑oriented mindset with the motivation to actively drive initiatives through to the rollout and adoption of relevant tools and systems.
• Relevant experience in primary insurance (P&C, Life, or Health).
• Very good German, French and Arabic language skills, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• High capacity for teamwork and social competences

Responsibilities

• Support or lead transformation projects for primary insurers along the entire value chain and from strategy to implementation.
• Support or lead consulting projects for primary insurers in areas such as digital transformation, process optimization, and core insurance system migrations.
• Analyze business models, processes, and requirements to identify pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to workshops, client presentations, and project deliverables.
• Contribute to knowledge building, methodology development, and internal initiatives within the Synpulse Insurance practice.
• Depending on your level, you will either support workstreams (Consultant) or take responsibility for managing them (Senior Consultant)
