Jobtailor in Zürich is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join the Finance team. You will prepare daily regulatory reports (FinfraG, EMIR, MiFID) and act as the first line of defense in maintaining reporting standards.

You will collaborate with Trading, IT, and Compliance to address issues, ensure timely submissions, and support system changes and testing. Fluency in German and English and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance or related field.
• Experience in regulatory transaction reporting or similar role.
• Knowledge of FinfraG, EMIR and MiFID regulations.
• Experience in a bank’s trading environment and knowledge of securities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Prepare daily regulatory reports (FinfraG, EMIR, MiFID).
• Monitor compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (1st LoD).
• Track errors, resolve issues, and ensure QA.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Trading, IT, and Compliance; report KPIs to senior management.
• Implement changes to reporting systems with IT; support testing and releases.
• Support ad hoc projects.
