Zusammenfassung

Swissquote is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join the Finance team and help build scalable, high-quality regulatory reporting processes for SNB and FINMA. You will lead initiatives, drive improvements, and ensure timely, compliant reports for the Group.

Collaborating with IT, Controlling & Risk, and ALM & Treasury, you will implement a new reporting solution, monitor regulatory developments, and maintain data quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics/Finance or related.
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss Banking regulatory framework and ability to connect operational data with reporting objectives.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency of MS Excel. T24, SQL and Python is an advantage.
• Experience with a regulatory reporting solution (FiRE, Mercury or equivalent)
• Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Lead regulatory reporting initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and centralized regulatory database development.
• Drive the implementation of a new regulatory reporting solution across the organization.
• Collaborate with IT, Controlling & Risk and ALM & Treasury to ensure data quality and seamless system integration.
• Monitor regulatory developments and adapt processes to new requirements and reports.
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports for the Bank and the Group (e.g., SNB, FINMA).
• Perform data quality checks to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of submissions.
• Act as primary point of contact for SNB inquiries and coordinate SNB audits.
