  • Provide clear guidance on regulatory matters to other departments – such as Fragrance Design, Sales, and Perfumery – as well as to customers.
  • Monitor changes in regulatory policies and assess their potential impact on our internal processes.
  • Maintain internal software related to regulatory data and supporting documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions that address regulatory challenges and support product development.
  • Ensure that responses to regulatory enquiries are timely and accurate and assist in resolving compliance challenges.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the cosmetics or fragrance industry in a regulatory role.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or French is an asset.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a self-driven personality and good prioritization skills.
