A leading company in healthcare seeks a Regulatory Affairs professional to support life cycle management for products in the Switzerland, Germany, and Austria markets. The role involves managing compliance, updating labelling, and working in a multicultural environment. Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of experience in international or country regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of Swiss/European pharmaceutical regulations is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, German, and French.

• Support in life cycle management of prescription medicines and medical devices.
• Contribute to labelling updates and prepare variation documents.
• Monitor compliance of regulatory tools and participate in projects.

Jobbeschreibung

• Support the Germany, Switzerland, Austria (GSA) multi country team in life cycle management of prescription medicines and medical devices.
• Contribution to implement labelling updates.
• Preparation of variation documents for selected products.
• Database maintenance.
• Monitoring of the compliance of regulatory tools and processes.
• Management of Health Authority portal updates / reports.
• Participation in Regulatory Affairs and transversal projects.

About you

Experience :

• 1+ year of experience in international and / or country regulatory affairs incl. knowledge of Swiss / European pharmaceutical regulation would be an advantage.

Soft and Technical skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, has a passion for exploring digital technologies.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Accurate and precise working attitude.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others across (multifunctional and multicultural) the organization to achieve shared objectives.

Education :

• Master’s degree in pharmacy or other life science discipline such as Biology, Medicine, Chemistry or related field.

Languages :

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Fluent in German.
• Fluent in French.
• Italian would be an asset.
