Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Supply Chain Project Lead to join our TEAM in Zuchwil, CH. The role is based in Switzerland and you will drive end-to-end supply chain projects, partnering with Value Stream Leaders to deliver on strategic roadmaps and ensure quality, compliance, and cost improvements across a global network.

The position requires 5+ years in supply chain with strong PM skills; English fluency is mandatory, and travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Project management certification (PMP/PMI, FPX) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels.

• Provide business and technical insights into Value Stream Product Strategy roadmaps.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute end-to-end supply chain projects.
• Lead initiatives for reliability, quality, compliance, and cost improvements.
• Manage projects per standard project management guidelines.

Ausbildung

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field

Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or related field

PMP/PMI/FPX certification

Excellent communication skills (written, presentation)

Experience in healthcare industry
