Regional General Manager EMEA (Sales & Market Development) (m/w/d)
  • We are partnering with a global innovation leader to appoint a visionary executive to lead commercial operations across the EMEA region. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-performing business unit with full P&L ownership, strategic autonomy, and board-level visibility
  • Own and drive the full EMEA P&L — delivering sustainable revenue, margin, and cash flow growth across diverse markets
  • Design and execute a bold growth roadmap, balancing direct-to-customer, channel, and digital go-to-market strategies
  • Lead a high-performing, multicultural leadership team across sales, marketing, service, and operations
  • Partner closely with supply chain, logistics, and finance to optimize customer experience, lead times, and working capital KPIs
  • Champion data-driven decision-making through rigorous business reviews and agile course corrections
  • Ensure compliance with global trade, ESG, and corporate governance standards
Profil
  • Executive-level experience with full regional P&L responsibility in a global B2B or premium consumer goods environment (preferably in an OEM or retail company)
  • Proven success scaling business units, launching new commercial models, and exceeding ambitious growth targets
  • Inspirational leader with a track record of building and retaining diverse, high-impact teams across geographies
  • Strong analytical mindset — fluent in dashboards, financial modeling, and evidence-based strategy
  • Confident communicator with C-suite stakeholders, government bodies, and external partners
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus
  • Comfortable working across time zones and open to frequent travel
