Propio is hiring a remote Recruiter, Global Talent (must be located in Mexico) who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to recruiting.

Responsibilities

  1. Recruit, interview, and engage Spanish-speaking and non-Spanish-speaking contract interpreters.
  2. Develop and maintain interpreter relationships across the global population.
  3. Plan and execute sourcing and communication campaigns with guidance from the Global Talent Manager to increase interpreter engagement.
  4. Achieve weekly recruiting goals established by the head of the department.
  5. Utilize recruiting data and analytics to aid in achieving and maintaining fill-rate standards.
  6. Effectively manage candidate applications and flow using the ATS system.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team to meet deadlines.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years in a high-volume recruitment role.
  • Previous experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in the language services industry is a plus.
