Are you ready to make an impact building teams in our brands' functions and across our Retail teams?

We're looking for a Recruiter (fixed term 18 months) based at our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland, focusing on our product brands’ functions and our retail South-Europe market (France and Belgium).

In this role, you will create strong business partnerships with internal clients and lead the full life cycle recruitment process for retail talents and junior candidates for our HQ.

You will develop multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, leveraging technology for an effective and efficient process. You will also build and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and candidates (both internal and external).

You will support VF's growth objectives by creating and deploying hands-on full-cycle recruitment strategies to strengthen the organization’s capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current and future business needs.

We seek a people-focused and service-driven candidate who is passionate about research, recruiting, fostering, and maintaining relationships, as well as improving the recruitment process.

You will achieve this by:
  1. Partnering with hiring managers in our EMEA HQ and South Europe Retail team to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategies.
  2. Managing your resources effectively and keeping business partners informed, leveraging data.
  3. Using various techniques to discover and attract passive talent.
  4. Conducting behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit for VF.
  5. Providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
  6. Monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to talent acquisition and candidate journey.
How You Will Make a Difference
  • Ability and motivation to work in an international environment.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally across Retail, Wholesale, and Office sectors.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment with a talent advisory mindset.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and French is required; Italian is a plus.
  • Formal university education is desirable, but we value experience and professional achievements most.
