Who We’re Looking For

We're seeking full-time, highly motivated real estate professionals who are ready to build a thriving business, not just a hobby. You must be a licensed agent in California, be coachable, and have a client-focused mindset.

Your Earning Potential
  • No Fees: We have no monthly, desk, tech, or franchise fees. You keep more of what you earn.
  • High-Yield Model: Our systems are designed to put you on track to earn $100,000+ in Gross Commission Income in your first year. With our support and resources, your earning potential is unlimited.
Responsibilities
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal.
  • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales.
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth.
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process.
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from the client about potential homes.
  • Follow up with leads to increase sales.
Qualifications
  • Must have an Active Real Estate License.
  • Must reside in or around the Newport Office - For Training and in-office meetings.
  • Willingness to engage in an extensive training program designed for success.
  • A team-oriented mindset, where knowledge-sharing is encouraged.
  • Enthusiasm to work in a dynamic and energetic atmosphere.
  • Full-time availability to both buyers and sellers as leads come in.
